More Krispy Kreme troubles? The SEC is investigating Krispy Kreme's efforts to buy back franchises and its lowered earnings outlook. It would be a national tragedy if K.K. ever were to go out of business. I would never be able to find out how many K.K. donuts I could fit in my mouth at once.
