His campaign then appears to hedge when a reporter asks to see them. Republicans then shout all over the radio and television that Kerry is a flip-flopper, and they demand that he release everything, implying that he might have something to hide. Kerry then puts everything out there, and it's all good, and the Republicans are left looking like a bunch of fools.
